The space

This centrally located 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a spacious first floor with plenty of space to enjoy each other's company while still having the opportunity to spread out. Enjoy a patio with a gas grill plus a fire pit outdoors with gorgeous backyard views. And a plethora of board game options to choose from. This spacious home boasts the historic charm of a house built in 1918, with modern updates to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

You will enter the home through the side entrance into a recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen. Off of the kitchen you will find a large and cozy living living room with room for everyone to relax together. A full dining room, parlor, and second living room with shelves lined with board games and baskets of kids’ toys provide plenty to do in this beautiful home. You will also find a centrally located full bathroom with shower and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed located on the ground floor. A pullout couch with a queen-sized memory foam mattress is located in the first floor game room. On the second floor you will find 3 more bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 queen bed) and one full bathroom with a tub. A lovely second story sun porch provides a nice escape for reading and reflection. A laundry room with washer and dryer is ready for your use.

You have easy access to downtown Geneva, Seneca Lake State Park and spray park, Seneca Lake Wine Trail, and Hobart William Smith Colleges; with short walks to Cornell Agritech and playgrounds right in the neighborhood.

Guest access

The entire 2,744 sq ft home is for you to enjoy, excluding the basement and attic.

Outdoor access includes a front porch, backyard fire pit, patio, and a yard with gardens that is marked by a barrier of arborvitae, rocks, and boxwood bushes.

The large driveway can easily park 4+ cars.

There is a door leading to the outdoor patio off of the downstairs bedroom which is not to be used. We keep that locked for guest safety.

Indoor fireplace is not to be used.

Other things to note

We do not have central air conditioning. However, all 4 bedrooms and our main living room have window units which do a great job of keep the house cool and comfortable.
